OUR APPROACH
ONTRACK’S approach can be tailored to commence at whichever stage your project is at
STAGE 1: ASPIRATION
IDEA

It's important to capture and define your project idea upfront to frame the success of the project. This is achieved through setting goals and objectives to define the project outcomes, to determine its feasibility and enable continual assessment throughout endorsed project stages.
STAGE 3: PREPARATION
DETAILED DESIGN

Following feasibility endorsement, your project is now ready for final preparation. This involves consultation to finalise the detailed design, cost and value management and tendering to recommend a head contract award.
STAGE 2: FEASIBILITY
CONCEPT PLAN

Your project is now ready to be conceptually scoped, assessed and evaluated against the project's outcomes, industry standards, authority pathways and cost estimates. This stage is critical to determine the project feasibility.
STAGE 4: ACTION
IMPLEMENT

You now know the scope of works and how much it costs - it's time to implement the works. This stage requires contract supervision, open communication, quality control, as well as program risk and cost management. Attention to detail throughout the works is essential.
STAGE 5: MAINTENANCE
HANDOVER

Congratulations! The works are now complete. It is now a priority to carry out testing and commissioning to ensure the works are fit-for-purpose. Handover will also ensure all required maintenance manuals and staff training are complete for the successful upkeep of the new facility.
